Human Performance Engineering®
For 25 years, HPE has made human performance measurable — the same science that drives elite sport, now available to every person determined to perform at their best.
The Origin Story
Human potential has always been the most important variable in performance. Yet for most of history, it's been treated like art — felt, coached, hoped for. Never truly measured.
We changed that. Drawing on 25 years with Formula 1™ teams and Grand Slam champions, HPE turns the most complex system you'll ever operate — your own biology — into clear, actionable data. For the first time, you can see exactly what you're capable of.
F1™ drivers, Grand Slam champions, Olympic medallists. Where the cost of under-performance is measured in race positions — and careers.
Global agencies, executive teams. 140,000 people or 14 — performance intelligence scales to any workforce.
Founders, professionals, parents. Anyone who wants to think more clearly, age better and perform closer to their ceiling.
What We Address
HPE doesn't treat wellbeing as a benefit. It treats it as a system — with inputs, outputs and compounding returns that show up in every decision you make.
Cognitive speed, reaction time, decision quality under pressure. The metrics that separate good from exceptional.
Physiological baselines — HRV, SpO₂, stress index, breathing rate. Data that prevents before it needs to cure.
Sleep quality, circadian alignment, nervous system resilience. The hidden levers behind sustainable output.
Composure under pressure, emotional regulation, team-level culture modelling. Biology shapes behaviour.
Longevity protocols, cellular health, energy management and the science of ageing without slowing down.
HPE Technology
Four AI Foundation Models
Four AI-powered foundation models working together to deliver measurable, decision-intelligent human performance solutions.
HPE's software turns any camera into a non-contact physiological sensor. Its strength is calm, controlled conditions — baseline assessment, pre- and post-meditation scans, sleep & recovery tracking.
HPE's Bio-Mechanics AI turns standard video into a complete kinetic profile — measuring joint forces, load distribution, and movement efficiency in real time, without specialist hardware or wearables.
AI video model maps 17+ joint landmarks per frame. Calculates joint angles, torques, and ground reaction forces across the full kinetic chain — from any standard camera.
Identifies compensatory movement patterns, asymmetric load distribution, and musculoskeletal imbalances. Surfaces injury risk factors before symptoms emerge.
Kinetic profiling generates bespoke training and rehabilitation plans. Tracks movement quality and operational efficiency across individuals and teams over time.
No force plates. No motion capture suits. No gait lab. HPE delivers full kinetic profiling from any standard video camera — clinic, field, or factory floor.
A novel AI CT denoising algorithm trained on 100M+ CT slices — delivering high-quality diagnostic images at a fraction of the radiation dose. Post-processing, vendor-agnostic, integrates with existing equipment.
Learns spatial continuity across adjacent CT slices to separate real anatomy from noise. Generalises to scans, machines and body parts it has never seen before.
Tested at 4% of standard dose. PSNR improved ~6dB, SSIM by 0.08–0.10. Assessed by 10 radiologists in a double-blind study — rated comparable to high-dose scans.
Increased lesion detection from 3.3% to 80% after restoration. Pulmonary artery segmentation Dice score from 70% to 88%. Tested across 17 CAD tasks on 13 datasets.
The Technology
Three layers. One unfair advantage.
The Sensor Layer
Camera-based measurement captures heart rate, HRV, stress index, breathing rate, SpO₂ and estimated blood pressure — without a single wearable. One device. Any person. Continuous data.
The Intelligence Layer
Proprietary AI platform trained on 25 years of elite performance data. Every insight is cross-referenced against validated neurophysiological benchmarks — not generic wellness norms.
The Data Layer
Individual baseline. Population intelligence. Longitudinal trends. The more data we capture, the sharper the insight — and the earlier we can intervene before performance falls.

Your biology. Your advantage.
Programme Outcomes
Validated across HPE's 25-year deployment history — six measurable outcomes that begin compounding from month one.
Decision quality, cognitive output and sustained focus improve measurably. Monthly data identifies where individuals are at capacity — and where margins exist.
Biometric early-warning indicators allow intervention before health events become absences. Recovery is tracked and guided by data, not managed by instinct.
Performance gains compound across the group. When each person operates at a higher physiological baseline, coordination, communication and execution all improve.
Investing in measurable human performance signals that the organisation values its people beyond output. Data ownership creates confidence — in both directions.
People who understand their own performance data are more engaged and more likely to stay. Measurement creates accountability that builds loyalty, not compliance.
Monthly reviews create momentum. Each report builds on the last, so progress compounds and evidence accumulates over time.
